1 Fruit in season,
110mlPlain yoghurt
1tsHoney
1 Fresh mint chopped
1 Mint sprigs
1 Slice the fruit.

2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish with mint sprigs.
